She is a trusted advisor on the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and other comprehensive state privacy regimes. As the privacy landscape continues to evolve, she negotiates data transfer agreements and advises on issues arising from sensitive data processing, automated decision-making technology (ADMT) and online tracking technologies. Christine also works with clients to align digital marketing practices, SMS campaigns and automatic renewal programs with FTC guidance, FCC regulations and parallel state requirements.

Christine also counsels client on the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), Electronic Communications Privacy Act (ECPA), the California Invasion of Privacy Act (CIPA), and other federal and state wiretapping and communications laws.
Christine has previously represented financial services and fintech clients in state and federal courts in a wide array of commercial and class action matters.
