Elizabeth Dye is counsel located in the firm’s Houston office focusing her practice on complex insurance coverage disputes and construction claims, with a particular focus on international matters. She has experience in jurisdictions across the country, as well as with administered and non-administered arbitrations and before state and federal courts.
Her practice bridges domestic litigation and international arbitration, providing clients with end-to-end representation in high-value, cross-border disputes. Elizabeth has served as counsel to an investor in an ICSID arbitration against a South American state, represented a construction company in an AAA arbitration arising from a toll-road project, and advised energy and technology clients in multimillion-dollar insurance-coverage disputes, including claims following the Colonial Pipeline outage and Superstorm Sandy. She also represents clients in insurance recovery litigation, including builder’s risk, liability and commercial property coverage, as well as specialized coverages such as directors and officers liability, cyber and commercial crime insurance.
