Elizabeth Dye is a senior associate located in the firm’s Houston office focusing her practice on complex construction claims and insurance coverage disputes. She has experience in jurisdictions across the country, as well as with cross-border disputes.

Elizabeth has broad experience in handling litigation related to construction defects, partnership disputes, and breach of contract, and has also represented companies in international and domestic arbitrations. She also represents clients in insurance recovery litigation, including builder’s risk, liability, and commercial property coverage, as well as specialized coverages such as cyber and commercial crime insurance.
