The second edition of Professor Peter D. Cameron’s International Energy Investment Law: Pursuit of Stability maintains the first edition’s focus on the role that stability plays in international energy investment law but addresses issues in the international investment law perspective of the states that give their consent to follow the rule of international investment law and discusses investment issues relating to non-fossil fuel sources of energy.

It also gives thoughtful consideration to emerging energy sectors, including renewables, as well as non-investment laws, such as environmental laws and human rights, that are beginning to shape energy investment law landscape in new yet familiar ways.
