John Rockwell

Recognized as an “Emerging Leader” by The M&A Advisor, John Rockwell advises early- to late-stage venture capital-backed companies on their corporate matters and both US and international-based investors.

John works closely with private companies on a wide variety of corporate-related matters, including entity formation, venture capital, equity and debt financings, mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance matters. He advises investors on a range of financing and investment transactions, and other strategic matters. John has deep experience in cross-border transactions, particularly across the U.S. and Latin America, including restructurings, financings and acquisitions, and works closely with founders, startups and funds throughout Silicon Valley and abroad.

Prior to joining Pillsbury, John was a partner at the Palo Alto office of an international law firm.
