Kirke Hasson is an experienced litigator who, at Pillsbury from 1974 to 2020, prosecuted and defended a range of complex corporate cases, including disputes related to intellectual property, licensing and partnership agreements, fiduciary duties, securities, consumer rights, and a variety of other subjects and in a variety of industries.

Kirke continues to be an active member of the State Bar of California, working with Pillsbury on pro bono matters.
