Lexie Pereira focuses her practice on all aspects of complex commercial litigation, with an emphasis on construction law.

Lexie’s experience includes work on construction, insurance recovery, government contracts, and general litigation matters. Prior to joining Pillsbury, and while earning her J.D./M.B.A., she worked three years in-house at an ENR top 100 construction company where she provided legal, regulatory, and compliance support. Her work included negotiating and reviewing AIA and custom form subcontracts and owner contracts, leading e-discovery efforts, and assisting in training project team members on contract and compliance issues. In addition, Lexie spent time prior to law school working at the #2 transportation contractor in New England as an estimator, field engineer, and laborer.
