Masao Kasatsugu is a counsel in Pillsbury’s Tokyo office and a member of the Project Finance and Asset Finance teams.

Masao has been a resident Bengoshi in the Japanese market for several years and regularly advises Japanese clients that include major trading houses, financial institutions, aircraft and engine leasing companies, airlines and manufacturers on their cross border project finance and asset financing transactions, energy-related projects, mergers and acquisitions, restructurings and general corporate law. He is a Japanese qualified Bengoshi and a member of the Dai-ichi Tokyo Bar Association.
