Patrick S. Dolan

Patrick Dolan is a member of the firm’s Corporate practice and is based in Austin, TX.

Patrick focuses on general corporate and securities law matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and private equity and venture capital transactions.

Prior to becoming an attorney, Patrick worked in operations for technology and hospitality companies in Washington, DC, and Sydney, Australia. While in law school, Patrick served as a team leader in the Texas Venture Labs Practicum at the University of Texas, where he advised startup companies on corporate and strategic matters.

Patrick is admitted in Washington, DC and New York. He is practicing under the supervision of Texas bar members.
