A team of Pillsbury lawyers led by Corporate partner Steven Kaplan advised cleantech company CleanChoice Energy in its recent majority stake acquisition by True Green Capital Management (TGC), a renewable energy infrastructure investment firm.

According to a company press release, TGC will maintain the CleanChoice brand and team and its funds have committed to invest an additional $100 million of capital into developing, acquiring, owning and operating CleanChoice solar projects.
