Representing a prominent community college school district in a host of litigation matters including contract disputes and arbitrations, and internal and criminal investigations.
Secured a dismissal and favorable settlement following a precedential preliminary injunction ruling recognizing the right of a major bike share operator to continue as the exclusive operator of the bikeshare program in a major US market.
Obtained published appellate decisions in favor of a multi-billion-dollar pension fund in connection with pension-calculation disputes.

Representing a client related to the taxation of consumer equipment valued at more than $250 million in Los Angeles County.
