Stephanie plays an integral role in the firm’s Capital Markets Group and is well-regarded in her representation of issuers, underwriters, placement agents, structuring agents and purchasers in a wide variety of securities offerings and other financing transactions.

Recognized by Chambers USA and Chambers Global, Stephanie provides counsel on public and private issuances of equity, debt and hybrid securities in the energy, pharmaceuticals, banking, technology and life insurance industries, among others. She has significant experience with SEC registered transactions (including initial public offerings, de-SPAC transactions, at-the-market offerings and deals by well-known seasoned issuers), as well as royalty interest monetizations, securitizations, tax-exempt bond offerings, high-yield debt deals and other structured private placements. Stephanie also advises clients on corporate governance, liability management and securities law compliance matters.
