Tanzilah has experience advising clients on a broad range of private equity and corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations, minority investment and general corporate matters.
Tanzilah advises across a range of industry sectors including financial institutions, technology, oil and gas, aviation and energy. Prior to joining Pillsbury, she was an associate at the London office of an international law firm.

- Represented Summit Partners in connection with its investment in Energy Aspects, a provider of energy data analysis and market intelligence.
- Represented Antin Infrastructure Partners in connection with its investment in RAW Charging, an electric vehicle charging system retailer, distributor and installer, and supplier of electric vehicle charging infrastructure, as well as its acquisition of Pulsant, a nationwide provider of data center and cloud infrastructure in the UK.
- Represented Queen’s Park Equity in connection with its investment in TelcoSwitch, a leading communications software provider to the UK SME market.

- Represented TowerBrook in its acquisition of Premium Credit, a leading provider of premium finance for commercial and retail insurance products, from Cinven.
- Represented a growth equity fund in connection with its multi-million dollar investment in a European cloud-based telephony business as part of a late-stage financing round.
- Represented TA Associates in connection with its investment in Apex Group, a global financial services provider to asset managers, financial institutions, family offices and corporates.

- Represented HqO on its acquisition of Office App, a leading European tenant and employee engagement platform.
