Pillsbury advised Particle Dynamics, a global leader in particle processing and delivery technologies, on its recent acquisition from Euroapi, the French-listed small molecules active pharmaceutical ingredients business, of Euroapi UK Limited, an operator of a commercial spray drying facility in Haverhill, UK.

The terms of the transaction have not been publicly disclosed.

The acquisition enhances Particle Dynamics’ global position as a Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO), expanding its spray drying capabilities and expertise. According to a company press release, Particle Dynamics also plans to invest in new technologies and talent to support both clinical and commercial-scale production at the site.
