Scott’s practice also focuses on international trade compliance, particularly export controls and UN, EU and UK sanctions.
Scott has extensive brand experience and spent time in-house with The Coca-Cola Company where he advised on marketing and advertising, high-value sponsorship and talent agreements, and intellectual property matters. He also reviewed trade mark infringements and provided general advice relating to other Coca-Cola brands.
