He advises organizations on data protection matters, including compliance, data processing agreements, data subjects' rights, international data transfers (including BCRs), internal and consumer-facing policy reviews and data protection impact assessments.

Scott’s practice also focuses on international trade compliance, particularly export controls and UN, EU and UK sanctions.

Scott has extensive brand experience and spent time in-house with The Coca-Cola Company where he advised on marketing and advertising, high-value sponsorship and talent agreements, and intellectual property matters. He also reviewed trade mark infringements and provided general advice relating to other Coca-Cola brands.
