Copyright Implications of Generative AI

The event, which will take place on October 19 – 21 at the Gaylord National Resort and Convention Center in National Harbor, Md., will host over 1,000 intellectual property practitioners and leaders and cover a wide range of IP-related topics, including the ethical implications of artificial intelligence in research and development, trademarks and the First Amendment, Standard Essential Patents licensing, the PTAB, Section 101, and transformative fair use, among others.
