Attendees will receive a copy of Construction Insurance: A Guide for Attorneys and Other Professionals, Second Edition. Partner Melissa Lesmes and associate Lexie Pereira were two of the book’s three editors and coauthored a chapter with partner James Bobotek on insurance and risk transfer basics for construction projects. Partner Michael McNamara contributed a chapter on insurance coverage for construction delays.
