Eric Gold represents construction industry clients and corporate policyholders in a wide range of insurance coverage and construction disputes, using his experience and knowledge to help clients access their insurance coverage and resolve claims.

Eric has in-depth experience analyzing, litigating and resolving insurance coverage and commercial construction disputes solely on behalf of corporate policyholders. Eric has lead teams handling a broad array of insurance matters related to construction defects, subcontractor defaults, project delays, design issues, mold and catastrophic property losses. Eric’s substantial experience includes claims and litigation under builder’s risk, CGL, subcontractor default, professional, pollution, commercial property, business interruption, and other insurance policies. Eric also advises clients concerning the procurement and renewal of insurance and other risk management issues that arise outside of litigation.
