Welcome to the latest edition of Pillsbury’s Perspectives on Insurance Recovery. In the past year, our practice continued to be at the forefront of policyholder-side insurance issues. And we are happy to report that our efforts have been recognized by various publications, including our selection by Law360 as Insurance Practice of the Year -- for the second year in a row.
