Acknowledging Pillsbury’s steadfast commitment to recruiting, maintaining and advancing multicultural women, Seramount has named the firm a “Best Company for Multicultural Women” for a fourth consecutive year. Of the 80 companies named to the 2022 list, Pillsbury was one of just two law firms included.
This year’s survey reflected a substantial increase in applicants that meaningfully raised Seramount's standards for inclusion. Participants received scores on key areas including workforce profile, recruitment, retention and advancement and company culture & accountability. Notably, Pillsbury was a top performer in both the Pay Equity and Mental Health categories.

Year after year, Pillsbury’s inclusion efforts are recognized by Vault.com, the National Association of Female Executives and the Human Rights Campaign, among other organizations. This recognition as a 2022 Best Company for Multicultural Women is the latest of many by Seramount, including acknowledgement in connection with disability inclusion, workplace diversity and, most recently, as a Best Law Firm for Women for a 14th consecutive year.
