Following Pillsbury’s most recent recognition by professional services and research firm Seramount, formerly Working Mother, as a Top 75 Company for Executive Women, the firm was recently acknowledged as a Top 51 Firm for Women in 2022, now marking its 14th year of being recognized in this category. To be considered for this award, Seramount conducts an annual survey for law firms in the U.S. to assess how the best practices recruit, retain, promote and develop women attorneys.
Seramount president Subha Barry said in a statement that "representation of women managing partners has increased significantly, and we've seen progress for multicultural women lawyers at every level."
This recognition is the latest of many conferred on Pillsbury by Seramount, including Best Companies for Dads, the 15th annual inclusion for the publication’s 100 Best Companies for Working Parents list, and its 2021 Inclusion Index for D&I Advancement in the Workplace.
