Pillsbury has been recognized by Seramount as a “Top Company for Executive Women,” which honors 75 companies that are consistent in making an effort to move women into executive positions. Seramount’s definitive list includes the top workplaces for companies that advocate for women’s advancement, with a focus on succession planning, profit-and-loss roles, gender pay parity, support programs and flexibility programs.
