BTI Names Two Pillsbury Partners to 2018 Client All-Stars List

Hamilton is a partner in the firm’s Real Estate practice in San Diego. He has extensive experience in structuring, negotiating and closing real estate finance and commercial leasing deals. Hamilton represents lenders in originating, restructuring and working out construction, term and permanent loans, lines of credit and letters of credit for projects ranging from housing subdivisions, retail centers and office buildings to warehouses, hotels and senior/assisted living facilities.

Meltzer is a partner in the firm’s Corporate practice in Northern Virginia, where he focuses on information technology, life sciences, health care, defense and intelligence-related projects. Meltzer represents numerous private and publicly held businesses in a wide range of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, divestitures, joint ventures, international and domestic licensing and distribution agreements, venture capital financings, public and private securities offerings, “going private” transactions and financial restructurings.

Now in its 17th annual publication, the BTI Client Service All-Stars 2018 list recognizes leading lawyers based on nominations they receive from clients. This year’s 328 individual lawyers came from 149 law firms and were “identified solely and exclusively by corporate counsel” according to BTI.
