Manchester Industries was acquired from PaperWorks Industries Inc. by Clearwater Paper Corp. in a $68.25 million transaction handled by a team of Pillsbury lawyers.
Based in Spokane, Wash., Clearwater Paper is a pulp and paper product manufacturer. The company supplies products such as bathroom tissue to retailers and wholesale distributors. Manchester Industries is a paperboard sales, sheeting and distribution supplier for the packaging and commercial print industries.
