Pillsbury advised the owners of the El Cordova Hotel in the sale of the property.

The terms of the deal as well as the buyer have not yet been publicly disclosed.

The El Cordova Hotel, based in Downtown Coronado, is a 43-room hotel with 12 retail tenants and two restaurants. Originally built to serve as a retirement mansion in 1902, the historic landmark was later converted into a Spanish Village-inspired hotel in 1930.

The Pillsbury deal team included Corporate partner Christian Salaman, Real Estate partner Bill Waller and associate David Wright.
