Bill Waller counsels developers, investors, owners and lenders in various aspects of real estate and environmental law.

The former managing partner of Pillsbury's Los Angeles office, Bill's practice involves acquisitions, dispositions, development, financing and leasing of real estate, including commercial, industrial, retail, golf courses and resorts. He also advises clients on "brownfields" projects in connection with the acquisition, disposition, financing, due diligence, risk allocation and cleanup of contaminated properties. Bill has extensive experience negotiating with the Department of Toxic Substances Control and the California Regional Water Quality Control Board.

Representative Experience

Represented Japanese family-owned company with more than 140 years of history in connection with the purchase of the Hercules West Campus in Playa Vista, Calif., for at least $250 million, the sixth largest real estate transaction in the Los Angeles area in 2016.
