    • Represented a development company on the scheme documentation for the Pearl Qatar including lease and sale agreements, master community, and other real estate-related and joint venture documentation.

    • Represented Religare Capital Markets in the sale and leaseback of 100 Cannon Street, London.
    • Represented Arrow Electronics in the leasing of new headquarters and subleasing and disposal of surplus space in Bedford, Bristol and Coventry.
