Led by Corporate partner Craig Chason, Pillsbury represented IndraSoft Inc., a leading cybersecurity and digital solutions provider to the federal government, in its acquisition by ASGN Inc., the parent company of government technology business ECS.
IndraSoft's team of more than 220 highly skilled consultants will be integrated into the ECS Missions Solutions business unit. The acquisition significantly expands the ECS customer base and relationships with the Air Force, Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) and Army Intelligence.
