Brown & Toland Physicians join forces with healthcare service, Altais, to transform patient care for improved and more affordable health outcomes.
Brown & Toland will continue to operate under the Brown & Toland Physicians brand. The brand will now have access to additional capital, services and border support for physicians to operate independent practices.
The Pillsbury team was led by Los Angeles-based Health Care partner Gerry Hinkley and included partner William Waller, senior counsel Allen Briskin and associates Hana Cho and Jeong Choi.
The team was assisted from San Francisco by partners Nathaniel Cartmell III, Julie Divola, Jonathan Ocker, Bruce Ericson and Laura Hurtado, counsel Coleen Lamarre and associate Jessica Dabiri.
