Ms. Latham is an advisor to employers and advocates for them in a variety of employment matters. She provides practical advice to businesses seeking to prevent claims, as well as those in the midst of navigating complex workplace disputes.

Clients rely on Laura Latham to deliver efficient strategic support and employment law compliance advice regarding complex internal investigations, M&A transactions, hiring and termination decisions, layoffs, trade secrets and crisis situations. 

She assists clients in negotiating, drafting and implementing employment and executive contracts, employee policies and handbooks, and other employment documentation. She also counsels clients on the intricate employment issues arising in mergers and acquisitions.
