Pebblebrook Hotel Trust has acquired the 210-room Estancia La Jolla Hotel & Spa in La Jolla, California for $108 million.

A team of Pillsbury attorneys led by Christian Salaman and Eric Kremer in San Diego represented the seller. Other team members included Carrie Bonnington, Laura Latham, Michelle Mehok and Ryan Minarovich.

Located in the heart of La Jolla, the resort contains 210 guestrooms and suites and over 50,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor meeting and event space. The acquisition of Estancia brings the total number of properties in Pebblebrook’s portfolio to 53, including 11 unique drive-to, independent lifestyle resorts.
