After the deal closes, Snapfish will have access to more than one billion content items, along with creations that are crowdsourced from more than two million independent designers. The transaction is also expected to bring partnerships to Snapfish with major entertainment properties.
Along with Pearson, the Pillsbury team included Jorge del Calvo, George Willman, Alex Tinucci, Julie Park, Charmaine Lindley, Supriya Krishnan in Silicon Valley, Bruce Ericson in San Francisco and Catherine Meyer in Los Angeles.
