Pillsbury advised Blueprint Equity, a tech-focused growth equity firm focused on investing in and building market-leading enterprise businesses, in connection with small-cap AI-powered software investor K1 Investment Management, LLC’s investment in Spin.AI.
Spin.AI is a leading software security company delivering AI-powered data protection, backup, browser security and SaaS security posture management for mission-critical cloud applications. Formerly known as Spin Technology, Pillsbury also advised Blueprint Equity on leading a $16 million Series A funding round for the company in 2022.
