Pillsbury’s market-leading corporate practice earned multiple top rankings for cross-border M&A deal activity in Bloomberg and Refinitiv’s Q1 2021 league tables.

Pillsbury was ranked for Q1 2021 as follows:

  • #14 South East Asia (Announced) by deal count (Bloomberg)
  • #16 Any South East Asia (Announced) by deal value (Refinitiv)
  • #19 South East Asia by deal value (Bloomberg)

Additionally, SYNNEX Corporation’s pending $7.2 billion merger with Tech Data—on which Pillsbury advised—was recognized as one of the largest first quarter M&A deals in Refinitiv’s Q1 Americas rankings. A team of lawyers led by Silicon Valley partners Allison Leopold Tilley and Christina Pearson led the team advising SYNNEX on the transaction.
