Among the 100 companies earning a spot on Seramount’s annual “Best Companies for Dads” list, Pillsbury earns its third consecutive inclusion on the list, following the firm’s recent recognition as “Best Law Firm for Women.”

The 2022 winners focus on providing inclusive benefits to all employees such as paid gender-neutral parental leave, paid emergency childcare and more.

This recognition is the latest bestowed on Pillsbury by Seramount, including Best Companies for Multicultural Women, the 14th annual inclusion for the publication’s Best Law Firm for Women list, and its 2021 Inclusion Index for D&I Advancement in the Workplace.
