Silicon Valley Corporate partner Allison Leopold Tilley led a team of Pillsbury attorneys advising NetSpeed Systems Inc. in its sale to Intel Corp. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

San Jose-based start-up NetSpeed makes system-on-chip design tools and interconnect fabric intellectual property. Following the sale, the company joined Intel’s Silicon Valley Engineering Group. According to a release, NetSpeed’s offerings will help Intel more quickly and cost-effectively design, develop and test new system-on-chip tools.

In addition to Leopold Tilley, the Pillsbury team included Gurpreet Bal, Mediha Ali, Supriya Krishnan, Erin Jennings, Omar Bailony, C. Brian Wainwright, Paul Thomas, Cindy Schlaefer and Kevin Lin.
