Pillsbury was among the most active law firms advising on Venture Capital, M&A and Private Equity deals in Q3 2018 according to Pitchbook’s latest rankings. In the league table provider’s most recent report, Pillsbury closed the 14th most VC deals in the world and the 15th most in the U.S. in Q3 2018. The firm was also ranked 18th for U.S. M&A activity and 12th for private equity deals in the Mid-Atlantic Region during that same time period.
These impressive ranking follow numerous other recent league table successes achieved by the firm. Pillsbury received more than a dozen top-20 M&A and Capital Markets rankings in Q3 league tables from Bloomberg, FactSet, Mergermarket and Thomson Reuters.
