Pillsbury deal highlights from the third quarter include roles advising a subsidiary of leading Japanese financial services group ORIX Corp. on the $2.2 billion purchase of a 30% stake in Avolon Holdings Ltd.; directing leading energy technology company Holtec International’s buy of the Oyster Creek nuclear power station; guiding AT&T Inc. through its acquisition of full ownership in leading subscription, advertising and content company Otter Media; and representing China Hengrui Co., Ltd., in its acquisition of UK-based composite design and analysis company Engenuity.
