Rabbit Hole Whiskey turned to Pillsbury to advise it in its sale to Pernod Ricard SA, a wine and spirits producer in Paris.
Pernod Ricard is acquiring the Louisville, Kentucky-based distiller through its U.S. New Brand Ventures division. Rabbit Hole makes a range of Kentucky spirits and is recognized for its distillery. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
The Pillsbury team included San Francisco Corporate partner Patrick Devine, as well as partners Laura Watts, Dana Newman, Jessica Lutrin, David Jakopin and Margaret Rosegay. The associates included Irina Tsveklova, Alexandra Brandt, Oliva Lugar, Douglas Pyle, Stacey Wright and Kevin Lin.
