Olivia Lugar advises clients in a broad range of industries on secured and unsecured debt financings as well as project development primarily in the renewable energy space.

Olivia represents borrowers and lenders on secured and unsecured credit facilities including significant experience in cross border secured transactions, term and revolving debt, acquisition finance and project finance.

Olivia also advises clients in connection with the acquisition, divesture, development, construction, operation and financing related to energy and infrastructure projects including for utility-scale, commercial & industrial and residential solar, wind, electric transmission, renewable fuels and healthcare facilities.

Representative Experience

  • Represented owner in connection with the negotiation of major project documents for the construction of a renewable diesel production plant and ancillary facilities.
  • Advised leading developer and operator in the acquisition of wind projects with over 400 MWs of capacity.
  • Represented a private equity sponsor-backed, software company in connection with a $120 million credit facility.
