A team of Pillsbury lawyers led by partner Jarrod D. Murphy advised Ullico Infrastructure Fund on the acquisition of the Arizona business and operations of Triton Utilities, Inc., which owns and operates 14 water and wastewater utilities across the state. The transaction successfully closed on December 28, 2021. UIF also intends to complete the acquisition of Triton’s remaining two water utilities based in Texas later this year, subject to obtaining regulatory approval from the Public Utility Commission of Texas.    

UIF currently has over $4 billion in investor commitments, with 21 portfolio investments across water, wastewater, telecommunications, electricity transmission, power generation, transportation and gas transmission sub-sectors.
