Representative Experience

  • Representing TC Energy in a strategic deal with Nikola Corporation focused on leveraging TC Energy’s existing pipeline and electrical infrastructure to develop clean hydrogen production hubs, deliver low-cost and low-carbon hydrogen at scale, and facilitate greater adoption of heavy-duty zero-emission fuel-cell electric vehicles and hydrogen across various industrial sectors.
  • Advising Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Group and its subsidiary Mitsubishi Power Americas on a variety of green and blue renewable hydrogen projects and related battery storage systems.
  • Advising Clean Air Task Force (CATF) on the use of nuclear energy for alternative fuel production, including hydrogen and ammonia, as part of CATF’s broader decarbonization initiative. Involved in conceptualizing and co-leading the Nuclear Hydrogen Initiative (NHI) for CATF, which comprises four working groups seeking to catalyze policies, R&D, commercial partnerships and financing for nuclear hydrogen projects.
