Alex Ntchobo focuses his practice on representing fund managers and institutional investors throughout the life cycle of private investment funds. He also advises on general corporate and securities matters, including capital markets, venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions, and securities law compliance.
Alex represents private equity sponsors and investors, public and private companies, investment banks, and emerging growth companies across a broad range of industries. Prior to attending law school, he worked as an analyst at Goldman Sachs, where he gained experience in financial analysis and asset management. During law school, he served as an extern with the Enforcement Divisions of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).

- Served as underwriters’ counsel in connection with CMS Energy’s $1 billion offering of convertible senior notes.
