Ann M. Kim is an associate who focuses her practice on general corporate matters, including capital markets, venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions, and securities law compliance.
Ann works with a variety of public and private clients, including tech companies and startups, primarily in the life sciences, digital health, artificial intelligence, SaaS, defensetech, fintech, quantum computing, semiconductor and cybersecurity sectors.

Professional Highlights
- Before law school, Ann worked at a startup in Sweden and at a large law firm in Los Angeles. During law school, she interned at a private fintech company and received the American Jurisprudence Award (First in Class) in Negotiations. Ann graduated with a business law certificate and pro bono honors.
