Matthew Brady focuses his practice on a broad range of complex business and commercial litigation, including large-scale construction disputes, white collar defense, employment disputes and insurance recovery.

Matthew has experience negotiating pre-trial settlements, developing litigation strategies, discovery, taking and defending depositions, motion practice, preparing cases for trial or negotiating favorable settlements prior to trial. His experience extends beyond pre-trial litigation as he has trial experience in complex contract disputes.
