Nina Bakhtina has a practice that includes general corporate and securities law matters, with a focus on private equity transactions, mergers and acquisitions, equity investments, joint ventures, PIPE transactions and general corporate advisory work for private and public companies.
While in law school, Nina was the programming director for the Law Women’s Caucus, and a member of the Kirkland & Ellis Corporate Lab and the Edwin F. Mandel Legal Aid Clinic. Prior to joining Pillsbury, Nina was an associate at a New York office of an international law firm.

- Represented the San Francisco Giants in its strategic partnership with Sixth Street Partners.
- Represented Chelsea Football Club in its £4.25 billion acquisition by a consortium led by Todd Boehly, chairman and CEO of Eldridge, a private investment company, and Clearlake Capital Group L.P.
- Represented Apogee Parent Inc., the acquiring entity, in connection with Astra Space Inc.’s take-private acquisition.

- Represented The Raine Group as lead financial advisor to World Wrestling Entertainment Inc. (WWE) in connection with its $21+ billion definitive agreement with Endeavor Group Holdings Inc. to merge with Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC), forming a new publicly listed entity (TKO Group Holdings).
- Represented EGIS Capital Partners in its investment in Sensera Systems.
- Represented HealthQuest Capital in Epilog Partners’ acquisition of Care Connectors Medical Group and its majority recapitalization which included significant rollover from CCMG's founders and co-investment from HealthQuest Capital, Echo Health Ventures and Blue Venture Fund.
- Represented Azorra Aviation in its acquisition of substantially all of Voyager Aviation Holdings’ assets.
