The owners will also continue the important work of the Chelsea Foundation.

The Pillsbury team was led by Corporate partner Stephen Amdur, alongside Corporate partners James Campbell and Veronica Nunn, senior counsel Nick Burgess, counsel Ashmi Bhagani and associates Nina Bakhtina and Harriet McCartin. Additional assistance was provided on regulatory matters from partners Stephan Becker, Nancy Fischer and Steven Farmer, alongside associate Mark Booth and on tax matters from partner Nora Burke. Northridge Law LLP and Simmons & Simmons LLP also advised the Club on the transaction.
