Pillsbury advised Articul8 AI, Inc., a secure generative artificial intelligence software platform, in connection with its recent launch as a new, independent company. The terms of the financing and asset spinoff were not publicly disclosed.
Created with intellectual property and technology developed at Intel Corp., Articul8 delivers AI capabilities that keep customer data, training and inference within the enterprise security perimeter. According to a press release from Intel and lead investor DigitalBridge Group, Articul8 and Intel will remain strategically aligned on go-to-market opportunities and collaborate on driving GenAI adoption in the enterprise.
