A team of Pillsbury lawyers, led by partners Ron Fleming and Ted Powers in NYC and Ed Cavazos in Austin, Texas,  is representing developer Larva Labs in the sale of the IP of the CryptoPunks and Meebits Non-Fungible Token (NFT) collections and 423 CryptoPunks and 1711 Meebits to Yuga Labs.

The deal adds two more highly successful NFT collections to Yuga Labs’ portfolio, which already includes the well-known Bored Ape Yacht Club (BAYC). BAYC has been reported as the market’s most valuable NFT collection, with CryptoPunks the second most valuable.
