Sandro routinely negotiates complex technology related transactions and advises on a wide variety of corporate, commercial and technology matters, including, but not limited to:
- intellectual property licensing;
- software, SaaS, cloud, and other technology-as-a-service offerings;
- strategic partnerships, joint ventures, and other collaborations;
- intellectual property related counsel on complex mergers and acquisitions for strategic buyers and investors;
- new and emerging technology issues, including blockchain, cryptocurrencies, non-fungible tokens, data and privacy rights;
- strategic planning for software development, including open-source licensing.
Former Counsel at an innovative Austin-based technology company, Sandro represents internet, e-commerce, software, hardware, video game and media/entertainment clients. Sandro also serves on the firm’s Technology committee, is a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US, International Association of Privacy Professionals), and United States Air Force veteran.

- Assist Upland Software with contract and IP due diligence in connection with acquisitions of numerous acquisitions as well as handle provide general corporate advise.
- Handle IP due diligence for IQVIA, a life sciences company, in connection with numerous acquisitions.
- Negotiate contracts for Builder Homesite, Inc. and assist with a wide range of legal issues.
