  • strategic partnerships, joint ventures, and other collaborations;
  • intellectual property related counsel on complex mergers and acquisitions for strategic buyers and investors;
  • new and emerging technology issues, including blockchain, cryptocurrencies, non-fungible tokens, data and privacy rights;
  • strategic planning for software development, including open-source licensing.

Former Counsel at an innovative Austin-based technology company, Sandro represents internet, e-commerce, software, hardware, video game and media/entertainment clients. Sandro also serves on the firm’s Technology committee, is a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US, International Association of Privacy Professionals), and United States Air Force veteran.

  • Assist Upland Software with contract and IP due diligence in connection with acquisitions of numerous acquisitions as well as handle provide general corporate advise.
  • Handle IP due diligence for IQVIA, a life sciences company, in connection with numerous acquisitions.
  • Negotiate contracts for Builder Homesite, Inc. and assist with a wide range of legal issues.
