Pillsbury advised Klas, a global leader in edge computing and tactical communications, on a definitive agreement to be acquired by Anduril Industries, a leading defense technology company backed by Andreessen Horowitz, Founders Fund and Sands Capital, with a mission to transform U.S. and allied military capabilities with advanced technology.

The terms of the transaction were not publicly disclosed.

The acquisition brings Klas’ hardware into Anduril’s portfolio of autonomous systems and connected warfare capabilities—delivering faster, more resilient and seamlessly integrated solutions for operations in harsh conditions at the tactical edge.

Additionally, as part of the agreement, Klas will continue operating from its facilities in Ireland and the U.S., with plans to expand manufacturing to support demand across the growing Anduril portfolio of capabilities. The deal also establishes Anduril’s first office in Dublin, furthering the company’s international presence across Europe, the United Kingdom, Australia, Japan and Taiwan.
